The Taiyo Restaurant Club aims to promote Japanese cuisine, always using seasonal ingredients, taking into account nutritional value and the least possible waste. Located in Chaves, this traditional Japanese restaurant teaches rituals, values and the intrinsic meanings in Japanese cuisine, influenced by Buddhist and Shinto beliefs.
